Job details, compensation, and benefits:

  • Responding to leads and pre-qualifying potential clients by phone

  • In-home bidding of project including: measuring, utility locating, basic floorplan drafting (pencil and paper) for architectural drawing

  • Ability to be creative and envision potential layout with client 

  • Communicating with clients

  • Closing project sale and collecting deposit or payment

  • Submit hand-drawn floorplan to drafts person

  • Create basic material lists and selections

  • Create and submit permit paperwork

  • Successful handoff at project start to project manager

  • Utilization of CRM dashboard (Builder Trend) for communications with team and clients

  • Communicating with company management

  • Creation of, implementation, and execution of systems and procedures (If you’re an old dog unwilling to learn new tricks, you will not be happy in this position!)

Responsibilities include:

  • Basic understanding of residential remodeling

  • Previous sales experience is beneficial

  • Excellent communicator and an even better listener

  • Driver’s license and clean driving history

  • Reliable personal vehicle to be compensated for mileage (opportunity for a branded company vehicle)

  • No criminal history

Our aim is to be Northern Colorado’s obvious choice for basement finishes. We desire to set new industry standards for residential remodeling through outstanding customer service, excellent systems, communication, and by having the industry’s most capable team. 

Residential Remodeling Sales and Pre-construction 

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • No nights or weekends

  • Ability to communicate through smartphone, laptop, and excellent verbal communication

  • Ability to read plans and creatively modify as needed

  • Previous management experience is beneficial

  • Driver’s license and clean driving history

  • Reliable personal vehicle to be compensated for mileage (opportunity for a branded company vehicle)

  • No criminal history

  • Excellent at finishing jobs well
