Job details, compensation, and benefits:
- Responding to leads and pre-qualifying potential clients by phone
- In-home bidding of project including: measuring, utility locating, basic floorplan drafting (pencil and paper) for architectural drawing
- Ability to be creative and envision potential layout with client
- Communicating with clients
- Closing project sale and collecting deposit or payment
- Submit hand-drawn floorplan to drafts person
- Create basic material lists and selections
- Create and submit permit paperwork
- Successful handoff at project start to project manager
- Utilization of CRM dashboard (Builder Trend) for communications with team and clients
- Communicating with company management
- Creation of, implementation, and execution of systems and procedures (If you’re an old dog unwilling to learn new tricks, you will not be happy in this position!)
Responsibilities include:
- Basic understanding of residential remodeling
- Previous sales experience is beneficial
- Excellent communicator and an even better listener
- Driver’s license and clean driving history
- Reliable personal vehicle to be compensated for mileage (opportunity for a branded company vehicle)
